Matcha on your face
Your skin is your largest organ and you need to take care of it. There are so many great foods to put on your skin to help it maintain it's youthful appearance. Anything with antioxidants are wonderful for your skin and Matcha is packed full of antioxidants.
Facemarks have been used for centuries as part of beauty regimes and skin remedies. You can use Matcha on it's own, mixed with a little just under boiling water until is makes a paste. Spread the honey over your face and neck using circular movements and leave for 10-15 minutes and remove with warm water.
2 teaspoons Matcha powder will make a nice thick mask. You can also add other ingredients, like honey and coconut oil.
There are lots of great options. Pumpkin is good as a firming face mask. Bananas and avocados are great for dry skin.
